Craig is a lawyer and co-founding partner with Jackson & Carter.  He was born and raised in Abilene and graduated undergraduate and law school from Texas Tech.  He has been practicing law since 1990. Craig is the only lawyer in the State of Texas who is Board Certified in both Health Law and Labor and Employment Law. He is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and has handled well over 100 lawsuits and tried over 30 civil jury trials in state and federal courts around Texas.

Craig's current practice with Jackson & Carter consists of representing non-profit and governmental hospitals and hospital related organizations on a daily basis, with a special focus on the legal relationships between hospitals and their employees and hospitals and physicians. His representation of hospitals covers a wide variety of matters, including healthcare regulatory and compliance, employment, medical staff and credentialing including peer review proceedings and fair hearings, contracts with physicians and vendors, construction, governance and governmental entity issues for hospitals.
