Jackson & Carter is an Austin based law firm that specializes in representing hospitals, hospital related organizations, and other health care providers throughout Texas. The firm was founded in 2013 by Brian Jackson and Craig Carter, both of whom previously worked at the health care law firm of Davis & Davis (and subsequently Davis Fuller Jackson Keene) for many years. In addition to providing legal services for hospitals throughout Texas, the firm works closely with the Texas Hospital Association and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including serving as legal counsel for the Texas Hospital Insurance Exchange and the Texas Hospital Association Retirement Plan. In addition to Mr. Jackson and Mr. Carter, attorney Matthew O'Neil, who also specializes in the legal representation of health care providers, is affiliated with the firm, as well as a number of associates who are utilized on a contract basis.
